Shipping

We ship within Australia through Australia Post for a flat rate of $9.95. 

For our furry friends outside of Australia, please contact home@pookyandboo.com.au regarding shipping information and cost.

Returns

We want you to love your purchase as much as we do and if there are any issues with an item that you have received, please do not hesitate to contact us at home@pookyandboo.com.au within 3 days of receipt of order. Please note we do not refund for incorrect choice or change of mind.

Dog Beds FAQs

Care Instructions for Dog Beds

We recommend you regularly dust and vacuum to keep your pooch bed fresh. The centre cushion cover is removable and can be machine or hand washed. The inner cushion is also machine washable. For the outer cushion, gently remove soil and follow up with appropriate water based cleaner (specifically for cleaning upholstery fabric). Protect from direct sunlight.

Dog Bed Size Information

Small - Inner cushion diameter 55cm / Outer height 21cm.
Small beds are suitable for dogs 5kg-10kg.

Med - Inner cushion diameter 65cm / Outer height 28cm.
Medium beds are suitable for dogs 10kg -15kg.
